Company Development History (2013-Present)
Since its establishment in 2013, Foshan Airuis Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. has grown from a focused lithium battery R&D enterprise into a high-tech leader integrating the entire industrial chain of lithium battery R&D, production, sales and electric bicycle manufacturing. Guided by technological innovation and market demand, we have seized the opportunities of the global new energy transition and the upgrading of the electric two-wheeler industry, stepping firmly into the global green mobility arena.
2013-2015: Founding & Initial Layout – Laying the Foundation for Lithium Battery Technology
In 2013, Airuis was formally established in Foshan, with an initial focus on the R&D and small-batch production of lithium batteries for electric two-wheelers. During this period, we assembled a core R&D team specializing in battery materials and energy storage technology, and built a preliminary laboratory to conduct in-depth research on lithium battery performance optimization and safety improvement. We targeted the domestic electric bicycle market, which was in the early stage of upgrading from lead-acid batteries to lithium batteries, and launched high-stability lithium battery products that were well recognized by local manufacturers, laying a solid market and technical foundation for subsequent expansion.
2016-2018: Industrial Chain Extension – Entering Electric Bicycle Whole-Vehicle Manufacturing
With the gradual maturity of lithium battery technology and the growing demand for green travel, Airuis launched a strategic expansion in 2016, officially entering the field of electric bicycle whole-vehicle manufacturing. We built the first two electric bicycle production lines and the first two lithium battery production lines, realizing the initial integration of "battery + whole vehicle". During this period, we integrated our self-developed lithium batteries into vehicle production, ensuring the matching of power systems and vehicle performance. Our electric bicycle series, featuring reliable power and fashionable design, quickly gained popularity in the domestic market, and we began to explore OEM cooperation with regional brands, accumulating experience in customized production.
2019-2021: Capacity Upgrade & Certification Breakthrough – Forging Global Compliance Capabilities
This stage witnessed Airuis' accelerated development in capacity expansion and quality system improvement. We expanded the production scale to 4 electric bicycle production lines and 4 lithium battery production lines, realizing semi-automated production and significantly improving production efficiency and product consistency. In response to the increasingly strict domestic and international safety standards for electric two-wheelers and lithium batteries, we invested heavily in upgrading our testing equipment, and successively obtained core certifications such as CE, EN15194, UL 1642 and IEC 62133. Meanwhile, our R&D team achieved key breakthroughs, obtaining a number of patents for battery structure design and BMS algorithms, further strengthening our technological barriers.
2022-2024: Global Layout & Full-Chain Maturity – Expanding OEM/ODM Global Cooperation
Seizing the global boom in electric two-wheeler exports and the "oil-to-electricity" transformation trend in Southeast Asia and Europe, Airuis completed the final capacity upgrade, expanding to 6 electric bicycle production lines and 6 lithium battery production lines, forming a full-process intelligent manufacturing system. We officially launched large-scale OEM/ODM services for global partners, providing one-stop solutions from customized R&D to mass production. By virtue of the integrated advantage of "battery + whole vehicle", we established stable cooperative relations with partners in Europe, Southeast Asia and other regions, and our products were exported to more than 30 countries and regions. During this period, we also strengthened industry-academia-research cooperation, jointly developing high-energy-density lithium batteries and intelligent vehicle control systems with universities and research institutions.
2025-Present: Innovation-Driven Leap – Leading Green Mobility Technology
Against the backdrop of the global "dual carbon" strategy and the implementation of new national standards for electric two-wheelers, Airuis focuses on technological iteration and high-quality development. We continue to increase R&D investment in semi-solid lithium batteries and intelligent thermal management systems, further improving battery safety and endurance. Our production lines have achieved full intelligence, with real-time data monitoring and automated quality control covering the entire process. While consolidating the European and Southeast Asian markets, we actively explore the North American market and promote localized assembly services through CKD/SDK lines. Adhering to the concept of "technology empowers green mobility", we are committed to becoming a trusted global partner in the electric two-wheeler industry, contributing to a sustainable future.
